Hybrid Model
A reduced fixed base rent secures the partnership, combined with a share of revenue generated above an agreed occupancy threshold.
Revenue Share Model
Rather than a fixed rent, Eskan shares an agreed percentage of all rental and ancillary revenue generated by the property.
Management Model
Ownership and financial exposure remain with the owner. Eskan is the property management partner, for a base fee plus performance-based incentives.
