Sdeira Group Launches Aryam Community KEZAD Al Ma’mourah at Make it in the Emirates 2026
Sdeira Group, part of AD Ports Group, has launched Aryam Community KEZAD Al Ma’mourah, an integrated residential community with a capacity of 27,000 beds. The announcement was made during the group’s participation in Make it in the Emirates 2026.
Location and Phasing
The community sits in Al Ma’mourah within KEZAD A, close to Khalifa Port and the logistics zone, with direct access to the road network linking Abu Dhabi and Dubai. It is delivered across two phases; the first provides 14,000 beds on a total site area of 110,200 square metres with 137,800 square metres of built-up area.
Beyond Accommodation
The community goes beyond conventional accommodation models, with central kitchens, dining halls, laundry facilities, a medical clinic, recreational amenities, sports pitches, retail and a mosque. The design includes smart metering, energy-efficiency measures and water conservation, in line with staff accommodation standards.
Abdulaziz A. Bawazeer, Chief Executive Officer of Sdeira Group, said that industry grows on productive capacity, and productive capacity is built on people.
The project responds to growing demand for staff accommodation in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah, and forms part of the growth of Sdeira Group, which currently manages more than 165,000 beds across 13 communities in Abu Dhabi.
