Sdeira and Metal Park Sign a Memorandum to Develop a Dedicated Staff Accommodation Community in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah, Abu Dhabi
Sdeira Group has signed a memorandum of understanding with Metal Park - the world’s first integrated, pay-per-use metals ecosystem, located in KEZAD in Abu Dhabi - to develop a dedicated staff accommodation community in KEZAD Al Ma’mourah, serving Metal Park’s companies and the wider metals manufacturing and operating base.
The collaboration brings together Sdeira’s integrated group-living platform and Metal Park’s industrial model, to create a community designed around the specific needs of the metals sector’s tenants and end users.
What Metal Park Is
Metal Park is a 500,000 square metre ecosystem launched in KEZAD with an investment of AED 430 million. It is designed to help metals manufacturing companies scale through a flexible pay-per-use framework, supported by production, storage and business hubs in one connected destination.
By aligning a dedicated accommodation community with that ecosystem, the memorandum aims to give the workforce running metals production the same standard of planning, integration and operational efficiency as the industrial assets they serve.
How the Community Is Designed
The planned community draws on Sdeira’s experience developing and operating integrated residential environments close to industrial and logistics corridors, so that movement, shared services and the essentials of daily life are organised around the shift patterns and safety requirements of metals manufacturing.
For Metal Park’s tenants, that is expected to translate into better workforce attraction and retention, shorter commutes, and a more stable operating base inside KEZAD.
The memorandum sits within Sdeira’s wider program at Make it in the Emirates 2026, where the group is showing how integrated group living can be core infrastructure for industrial clusters in KEZAD and beyond.
